INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SUPPORT

The Romera Group provides the full range of functional and technical training expertise using the Systems Approach to Training/Instructional Systems development process to evaluate current and future training requirements, establish performance-based measurable training objectives, design and develop new training programs in accordance with Agency standards, and provide effective training/course management.

The Romera Group’s capabilities include task development and analysis, course design and documentation, development of training materials and design/development of Interactive Multimedia. QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEERING SERVICES (QA/QC)

The Romera Group takes solution quality extremely seriously and strives to ensure all solutions provided meet the highest standards.
